Tara Bhat is a standup comedian and writer, based in New Haven, CT. Her work has been featured in Reductress,  for which she serves as a contributor, and The Yale Record, where she serves as the Online Editor-in-Chief.

As a standup comic, Tara leads Yale's premier standup group, The Cucumber, and has also produced 2 solo shows, with the help of Yale's Undergraduate Productions' Creative Performance Award in 2022 and 2023. She qualified for and competed in Yale's Last Comic Standing Competition, but eventually had to sit back down.
